- 1/2 day hunts start at 8:00am til 12:00 noon or 1:00pm til sunset
- Combo hunts (times TBD)
- Booking requires 50% deposit
- No refunds if cancelled within two weeks of a booked date, however 50% of the deposit can be used as a credit towards another hunt within the same hunting season.
- Full refund of deposit is offered with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice from booked hunt date listed on your deposit invoice (14 calendar days).
- Balance of fees are required the day of the hunt (cash or credit card only)
- A valid hunting license is required with appropriate game stamps.
- Liability waiver must be signed before a hunt begins.
- A saftey meeting is required before a hunt begins.
- Hearing and eye protection is required.
- Blaze Orange Hat or vest is required for Quail.
- No alcohol is permitted before or during any hunt
- Unsafe or reckless behavior is not permitted and may result in the immediate cancellation of the hunt with no refunds.

To begin, we conduct quail population surveys, evaluate current habitat and make recommendations for improvement. During the hunting season, we supply hearty flight conditioned birds and all of the equipment necessary to restore a huntable population of quail on your property. This is a program that has been studied, documented, and has worked on other North Texas ranches. This controlled long term program has proven to improve and sustain huntable numbers throughout the hunting season.
The package includes: Survey and habitat consultation, flight conditioned birds monthly, Johnny house rental, Feeders, Waters, Training.
